Online Reservations for Club Events
It’s easy to make your UClub luncheon and special event reservations online. Just complete the information requested below and consider it done!
If the event is serving a meal, please indicate if you prefer the vegetarian or regular option. When making reservations for friends and family, please include their first and last name as well as their meal choice. Thank you!
- The cost for Speaker Series Luncheons is $17 for UClub members and $19 for non-members.
- Payment can be made by cash or check only please – we do not accept credit cards.
- Please note the reservation deadline for each event to ensure your payment reaches us in a timely manner.
- University Club events other than lectures have varying costs which are noted on each flyer. Event flyers can be found on the “Luncheons and Special Events” page under “EVENTS”.
- Unless an event is noted as “PRE-PAID”, you may pay at the door.
- Please note that if a reservation is made, not used, and no cancellation is received by the deadline date, we are required to invoice for that event.
