Our elegant and historical banquet and meeting rooms are suitable for any celebration including weddings, trade shows, conventions, award ceremonies, seminars, memorials, retirement parties, bridal showers, lectures, book signings, or conferences. These well-appointed rooms boast sweeping ceilings, grand pianos, fireplaces, kitchens, fine works of art, and hold up to 100 guests for your business and private needs.

Indiana University Club - The Presidents room

The Presidents’ Room

With over 1800 square feet of hardwood floors, sweeping ceilings, a fireplace, a stunning grand piano, antiques, comfortable seating areas, fine works of art, and a kitchen, the Presidents’ Room is the perfect venue for weddings and conventions. This is the largest of our banquet and meeting spaces and can hold up to 100 guests.

Indiana University Club - Faculty Room

The Faculty Room

Situated on the second floor of the University Club, the beautiful Faculty Room can hold up to 75 guests and boasts a grand piano, fireplace, fine works of art, a kitchen, and several comfortable seating areas for guests to gather. Plush carpeting lends warmth to this elegant room and it’s large screen television and Blu-ray DVD player is available for presentations. The adjoining library can be paired with the Faculty Room for additional space when necessary.

Bloomington Event Rentals - The Billiard Room, Reading Room and Library

The Billiard Room, Reading Room and Library

The Billiard Room, Reading Room and Library are also located on the second floor of the University Club. The Billiard Room has a Steepleton pool table for members use. The Reading Room features a large curved sofa and is suitable for smaller gatherings of about 10 for private meetings. The Library has a telephone and computer for the use of University Club members and can be rented in conjunction with the Faculty Room when additional space is needed.
