UClub DancingRegardless of what you think about dancing, we can all agree that adding movement and social interaction to your lifestyle is healthy. Many people start to dance to improve their posture, breathing and balance, while others just enjoy the social environment of the many varied forms of dance. This interest group will “follow the lead” of those who show interest as we “step out” to find events, instructors and clubs that provide live music, or we can just rent a room and dance to someone’s favorite play list.

No special knowledge of any dances is required, nor do you need any fancy clothing or footwear. Just bring a desire to share a safe and fun learning space. Let the chair know your contact information as well as what dances you would like to see us include on our dance card. If you have any special places or events that you want to experience, please mention those.
